V800EZ Valve & Repair Kits

One of the best, time-tested valves for carpet wands available to carpet cleaners. The V800EZ valve from Production Metal Forming comes standard on most of their carpet wand product line. The cast aluminum valve handle included with all new V800EZ valves has a textured finger grip and will not flex or warp over time. Soft touch on/off operation of the V800EZ valve reduces hand fatigue on more time consuming jobs.

The following repair kits should be used when your V800EZ valve starts to leak from the valve stem.
V800EZ Washer & O-ring Repair Kit | This is a soft goods only kit and will replace all the o-rings and soft washers in the V800EZ valve.
V800EZ Valve Stem Repair Kit | Includes the entire valve stem with orings and spring
V800EZ Valve Stem & Nut Repair Kit | Includes everything the above kit has plus the valve nut with o-ring

If you still have an old style V800 valve, the following kits should be used to repair a leaking valve:
V800 Washer & O-Ring Repair Kit includes O-rings and washers for the old style V800 valve
V800 Stem Repair Kit includes valve stem, o-rings, and valve spring for the old style V800 valve
V800 Stem & Nut Repair Kit includes everything the above kit includes, along with the brass nut. Use this kit when the bottom nut threads have been stripped or worn causing leakage.

Both old style and new style V800 valves use the PMF AC64 Cast Aluminum Valve handle.
