Serum SBC, or Surface "Bloom" Cleaner will remove all the dust, dirt and organic contamination as well as kill the odor associated with the original mold
and mildew growth. It will also tend to bleach any stains that the mold and mildew leave behind.
Surface "Bloom" is best described as the light to medium mold or mildew that forms on surfaces in an environment that allows for mold and mildew growth. This is very common in unused building with no HVAC to exchange the air inside the structure with outside air.
How it works:
Serumb SBC is designed with proprietary surfactants and activating agents to break surface tension, super wetting of the surface to penetrate the organic soil, emulsify the organics and suspend the organic soil so that it does not redeposit on the surface being cleaned. The hydrogen peroxide component tends to brighten colors on painted surfaces and reduce or eliminate the staining that mold and mildew sometimes cause, normally on more porous surfaces.
How to use Serum Surface Bloom Cleaner
using a trigger sprayer or pump-up sprayer, turn the nozzle to yield a very fine spray. Apply the Serum SBC to vertical surfaces from the bottom up. This will prevent clean streaking. This will allow enough liquid on the surface without a lot of waste. Getting the surface damp is the object. Allow a few seconds dwell time for the product to work.
Using a soft white cloth, begin to wipe vertical surfaces from the top down. Return to the top starting point and dry the surface with a new dry white cloth. Repeat this process on all surfaces until job is completed. Ceilings are best treated by lightly spraying them or dampening a towel with Serum SBC and wet wiping the surface. Note: If the ceiling is blown popcorn, do not scrub or wipe the ceiling after application. If the ceiling is painted and/or stippled, you may wipe this with a soft white cloths or cleaning pads on poles. Carpets should be hot water extracted with Serum CU to eliminate the mold and mildew smell from this source.

All tpes of painted, stained and unpainted wood, cabinets, floors, walls, ceilings, sheet rock (painted and un-painted), lamps, wet cleanable furnishings and household items, upholstery furniture, finely finish furniture, mattresses, box springs, curtains, chairs, appliances, leather seatings, marble, wood panelings, fiber glass, glass, and plastics.

Chemical resistant gloves and eye protections. Baking soda mixed with water will render the Serum SBC inactive.
