It is effective as an acid spotter as well as a urine pretreatment. If the spot is a common household food or beverage from a plant source, this is the spotter to use.
Directions:
• For use as an Acid Spotting Detergent Solution
1. Remove excess residue using a bone spatula and/or an absorbent towel or by flushing area with extractor.
2. Apply Spotter 601 direct to spot. Work in by blotting or using a tamping brush. In cases with wide spread contamination, consider application with trigger sprayer.
3. Allow solution 10 minutes dwell time.
4. Flush spotter and residue, preferably by extraction cleaning.
• For use as a Urine Pretreatment
1. Mix 1 part chemical with 4 parts water (32 oz. chemical with a gallon of water). Apply with trigger, pressure, electric, or inline sprayer throughout contaminated area. Allow to dwell for 10-15 minutes. Extract and rinse area thoroughly.
2. Proceed to treatment of area with deodorizing solution.
