Expands the number of upholstery fabrics which can be wet cleaned- Extensive research by Chemspec laboratories on the problem of reducing the number of dyes which bleed prompted the formulation of Colorfast Extraction Upholstery Cleaner. Once cleanable only through use of a dry solvent method, now many more upholstery fabrics are cleanable with the wet cleaning process using Colorfast Extraction Upholstery Cleaner. It’s formulated with special “dye setting agents”.
An exclusive formulation - Colorfast Extraction Upholstery Cleaner is an exclusive combination of selected cleaning agents and natural solvents formulated for safe upholstery fabric wet cleaning with extraction equipment. Colorfast Extraction Upholstery Cleaner also contains special additives which impart a soft, gentle hand to the fabric.
A safer solvent - Colorfast Extraction Upholstery Cleaner reduces the chance of fabric dyes bleeding. Non-combustible in use dilutions, Colorfast Extraction Upholstery Cleaner provides that additional measure of safety desired during the cleaning process.

| Application / Use | An acid pH product for extraction cleaning of problem upholstery fabrics. For wet cleaning upholstery with portable extraction equipment: 1. Mix 1 quart of Colorfast Extraction Upholstery Cleaner in 1.5 gallons of water. 2. Check fabric for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area. 3. Clean soiled area using industry accepted techniques for portable extraction equipment. For wet cleaning upholstery with TruckMount extraction equipment using upholstery tool: Note:Unless the flow rate of TruckMount equipment can be set so use solution equals 16:1 dilution, only the following procedures area recommended. 1. Mix one quart of Colorfast Extraction Upholstery Cleaner in 1 1/12 gallon of water. 2. Check fabric for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area. 3. Fill clean 2 gallon corrosion resistant hand pump sprayer with fan tip or quality electric sprayer with properly diluted Colorfast Extraction Upholstery Cleaner. 4. Apply evenly without over-wetting fabric on an area not more than 3 feet by 3 feet. Allow solution to "Work" for 1-2 minutes. 5. Vacuum upholstery so as to allow the tool to lift the fabric so that air will circulate thru it. 6. Move to a new area following steps 4 and 5 above until entire upholstered piece is completed. |
